Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened dad Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram page, @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. When I was of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot for a better life, I aimed to impress them and had a clear vision when it came to achievement. My goals were set as follows: I'd study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. The lifestyle I had thought I would have did not turn out to be. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joy- I felt like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I realized the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping those around me. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. As an Asian female in this industry there are very few of us. My goal in this industry is to help create a healthy and sustainable life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they wish to do. As my professional career took flight, I lost my mother. This loss is the hardest of all. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Then she's in Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the lesson we need, even when we don't realize that it is there. Many ways, my mom's death changed me. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing as I enter my 30s, is an experience of awe and vitality. It's like I'm truly living and not just existing. In sharing the tale of my experiences, it's in the hope that others can relate to my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of real love. Additionally, therapy is a necessity and it isn't uncommon. Also, health is your biggest wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only thing that is promised to us in our life.
