Robyn Rihanna, better called Rihanna in Barbados is a Barbadian musician and singer who has given us popular songs such as Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. Born in Barbados her family listened to reggae music and began singing when she was quite young. While still in highschool she joined a musical group and was asked to audition with Evan Rodgers. The producer was very impressed with the talent of this teenager. Rihanna was quickly a sensation as her debut album landed on the market. The young crowd was captivated by her songs with a catchy sound that had them tapping their feet, and this brought her into the movie industry.
